You make it difficult for people by saying that the total amount due is actually LESS than the total one owes to pay off the balance in full each month. When a person calls in for a balance, the first number given for balance is the correct amount. If one goes on to pay the bill, the stated balance given is LOWER, causing some people to believe they are paying off the full amount, when they are not. This is deceptive and disadvantages people who don’t understand your methods and how you profit from them–younger Americans, older Americans, disabled people–not the ethics I appreciate from a credit card company which markets itself as helping people by not charging late fees.
