Love using this card for international travel (no foreign transaction fee) and have taken advantage of the benefit of using my points towards discounts on airline flights. Works better than any airline specific FF mile plan/ card. Highly recommend.

Points accrue easily and the ability to transfer to loyalty programs almost doubles their value. No international transaction fee adds up very quickly. Could use a few more online retailers to shop through, many are repetitive and dated. Customer service is prompt and focused. Filling out insurance claims for trip delays is not always at top of mind so some automation there or a different route to claim funds would nice. Great card for a traveler, diner or still spends 45 weeks a year at home.

Customer service has always been simple and quick. Very professional. Website is very simple to use and covers everything. I would highly recommend Chase as I’ve worked with many financial institutions and I’ve never had dealings more professional and simple.

It’s great for how much one pays for its annual fee, but I have yet to be impressed by their customer service. Points take a long time (45 days at least) to post from purchases made through the shopping portal. Only travel and dining bonus points post instantly.
