alerts – April 30, 2017
On Sunday 2-26-17 I received an alert on my cell phone which I did not recognize and called in. The first person I talked to was very helpful and nice. She transferred me to the fraud department and it was a terrible experience. Since I did not have my card on me because it was at work she asked me a bunch of questions and said she had to call back. I gave her my cell phone and said that was not the phone she had. Yet I received the alert on that number. She made me feel like I was trying to get away with something and all I was trying to do is verify a transaction to make sure it was not fraud. It turned out it was an automatic charge from my health ins. I did not recognize it because the amount was less than normal.

Great Card. The customer service is excellent. Recently had duplicate transaction with a merchant. Merchant was unwilling to remove duplicate transaction. Contacted Chase and they resolved situation promptly.

Perks are good and service has been solid, but I would just bite the bullet and get the reserve if I had to go back… Still might get it even with the preferred if I can. Those benefits are AWESOME. Yes, big annual fee, but bigger benefits.

I used to like chase sapphire card. Looks cool, can earn lots of reward points. one day, I ordered clothes at online missing 2 items. filed a chargeback. while i processing my chargeback I had bad experience ever. all the representative keep asking me similar questions but problem not solved. I called dispute department at least 10 times but asked what was going on over and over and over again. Clothing company admit they didnt send me 2 items according to resolution check. Finally problem solved with me and clothing company, we made it. Chase customer service ppl just keep asking over and over again. just asking and said contact me again. never ever ending.
